Oh my, this is yummy! You can also substitute lamb or steak for the pork.

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 cloves pressed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 teaspoons italian seasoning
Directions
1. Heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan. Saute mushrooms. Let cool. Place in gallon-sized ziploc bag with pork chops and remaining ingredients. Smoosh to coat pork chops with marinade. Freeze.

2. To serve: Thaw pork chops. Pour contents of bag into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or until pork chops are cooked completely through.
